Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
